Do I need internet to use it?
No internet is needed for normal use. All Diesel Tech USA diagnostic software runs locally on the laptop.

Can I change speed limiters or idle shutdown timers?
Yes. Our Diesel Tech USA kits will allow you to adjust ECM parameters, including:

Can I clear codes without fixing the problem?
You can clear codes, but many will come back if the root issue isn't fixed (especially SPN 5246, 4364, 3719). The Diesel Tech USA scanner helps you identify what's wrong so you can repair it correctly and reset the system.
Do you offer support if I get stuck?
Yes! We include email support and how-to tutorials. We also offer phone support during business hours and plan to launch live video walkthroughs for common fixes.
